Virtual Training That Moves Quickly, Saves Time, Saves Money, and Achieves Training Objectives

As the world becomes more connected by technology—the Internet, VOIP, wifi, multimedia mobile devices—there is a growing expectation that modern professionals are connected, accessible, and responsive, often stretching their personal lives to conduct business with far-reaching time zones. This is the nature of the global workplace. With it comes a code of conduct among professionals who are now so adept at staying connected that the basic requirements of literacy in the workplace must now include “virtualosity.”

“Virtualosity” is a new set of skills demanded by the workplace as a result of the convergence of technology, and socio-professional norms and expectations of connectedness, responsiveness, and engagement.
