“Our leaders wanted to find ways to understand what their direct reports needed from them in order to perform their jobs more effectively. They wanted to improve their leadership skills, but we didn’t have a training program available,” says Deborah Fiorini, vice president of training and development at Empower Federal Credit Union in Syracuse, New York.

Fiorini approached a senior leader to discuss the possibility of going through an SLII® Training for Trainers class and then bringing that program into the company. It seemed like the perfect training solution for the leaders at Empower Federal Credit Union.
