“We wanted to increase our internal promotion rate and develop a pipeline of leaders who would be ready to fill open positions,” explains Natalie Wolfson, senior manager of talent and learning at CSG. “It’s costly and difficult to hire leaders from the outside and get them up to speed quickly. We had focused on developing high potential and mid-level leaders but wanted to be more inclusive and broaden our reach to include frontline leaders.”

CSG partnered with Blanchard® to create a learning journey on the Degreed platform that includes learning points from ten Blanchard programs.
