Nissan delivers multiple training programs from The Ken Blanchard Companies globally to align leadership development, develop high potential employees, and retain key talent. They recently decided to conduct an ROI study to measure the impact of SLII training in several locations with varied audiences. The four-month study compares the performance of leaders who have been through SLII training to the performance of those who have not. Hear how Jim developed the methodology for calculating the ROI to show the bottom-line impact the training has on organizational results. He shares how to structure an ROI study in your company, manage the day-to-day strategies to successfully implement the training, and present the findings to senior-level leaders to demonstrate the positive impact of training. In addition, hear how he selected the treatment and control groups, how he decided on the economic factors to base the results on, and what he learned throughout the process.
