Building the leadership bench strength of your organization requires a systematic approach. In this session, Dr. Vicki Halsey, instructional design expert, will share how to design, build, and launch an effective leadership curriculum. Drawing on her research and experience in designing hundreds of training courses for clients worldwide, Halsey will share three keys to an effective curriculum. Participants will explore the behaviors most associated with an others-focused approach to leadership, how to evaluate current gaps in an existing development training curriculum, and how to build or acquire missing components. Halsey will show how to use the most effective design principles to create engaging learning experiences across all modalities.
